Welcome to Bishop Auckland People’s Museum, an independent museum located in the historic Hippodrome Theatre, Bishop Auckland. We are also proud to operate a Remembrance Garden, a heritage rail trail and a permanent Railway exhibition at the Four Clocks Centre in Newgate Street. Join us on a journey through time!

A special thankyou to Real Fun group for allowing us to have our home in their magnificent Hippodrome Building that also operates as a bingo hall, due to this no under 18's are allowed in the building.
